Who remembers the commercial "where the meat?" I say the because where is the meat? I ordered a pick 2 combo I received a 4" sandwich with 3 small pieces of steak. The soup tasted on but I am still hungry. This cost me 17.00 I will never go back.

You have to be kidding me. I bought the lobster bisque, got home, opened it, and poured it into a bowl and was immediately confused. It was basically just water. No lobster. No creaminess. No bisque. Just thin, sad soup pretending to be something it absolutely is not. I don’t expect five-star dining from a take-home soup, but I do expect it to at least try to resemble lobster bisque. This did not.

I ordered from GrubHub then tried to cancel. I waited a few days for the order to get refunded GH never did. I tried to deal with GH but they refused any help and instead I called Tanisha at Zoup! directly. She was BEYOND helpful. Even tried calling GH herself on my behalf then just took matters into her own hands and refunded her portion. Pleasant and easy to deal with. Makes me want to go there just because you never experience that type of customer service elsewhere.
