107 Taste in Coral Gables is AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, our server Cindy was so welcoming, attentive, and professional. She made the entire experience feel smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen and the edamame, and everything was delicious. The tonkotsu ramen was rich, flavorful, and comforting. This is officially my favorite ramen in Miami so far! I also loved the atmosphere. The restaurant is beautiful with painted art on the walls and such a cozy, well-lit aesthetic. The location is great, and the parking was easy, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend 107 Taste,can’t wait to come back!

Gretna was also great and attentive to clear our table and make room for all the food we ordered. Overall this place made our stay in Miami delightful. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant today. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was very good, and the place was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The music fit the Asian atmosphere perfectly and made the whole experience even better. We visited as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), and everyone truly enjoyed the meal. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We even asked if we could meet the chef because we loved the food so much, but unfortunately it wasn’t possible. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
