This is a bite of my childhood. Jason and Julia are the absolute nicest, and their food is a true taste of New Mexico. We have it at least once a week, and Grand Junction is lucky to have a food truck of this caliber with good people who care this much about the flavor, quality, and authenticity of their food and the building community with their patrons. We feel like we’re part of the family!

Just had the stuffed sopapilla with pork, red chile and a side of cheesy Spanish rice and I’m blown away. It’s all delicious and the portions are generous. I’m stuffed. Will definitely eat at 505 again!
