We just popped in for Cocktails per recommendation of my son and his wife and it did not disappoint. As we sat at the bar, serviced by Jessica—-what a hoot—-we enjoyed with much a do, the Chef’s working their magic in the kitchen. We are returning in November to celebrate my husband’s birthday to partake in the fruits of their fine skills! Update; we returned for a spectacular dining experience. Starter’s; an exquisite Scotch Egg, then we ordered another one, they were over the top DELICIOUS! For main course; Paella for 2❣️Fantastically presented and authentically made to perfection. WOW! If you live in the Seattle Metro Area? This is definitely a destination location eating establishment with top notch service too, boot. And the bartender, Jennifer, works it like an Artiste. Those cocktails are mind blowing delights that are sure to compliment your meal choices. LOVE, A-Town, Bistro!

Had a great time at the Eventide Countertop Food Tour! The salmon cake was especially delicious. They were very flexible with the accompanying drinks.
