Awesome service. Place was very clean and well-kept. The ginger/turmeric/cayenne pepper shot carried a kick as you’d expect, and was overall very fresh. The Cali açaí bowl was super fresh and refreshing. You can tell when the base is made/blended fresh as well. Good açaí flavor which you love to see - not drowned out by the fruits blended in. Very balanced. And again I can’t say enough about the service. Five stars, would send my family/friends here without hesitation!

Acai Republic is a Brazilian-based açai & smoothie shop that is located near downtown Oceanside on Coast Highway. Their menu consist of açai bowls, pitaya bowls, chia pudding, smoothies, fruit juices and a few Brazilian pastries. They heavily promote the use of their mobile app in order to receive discounts and to pre-order before arrival. This is efficient because, unfortunately, their current location is extremely small and has very limited seating. There are two tables inside and a few outside seating on their front patio facing the road. Fortunately, they do have limited street parking in front and a parking lot to the rear of the building (which must be entered from the side streets). It's not conventional to park in the rear lot, but once you know it's available, it helps greatly. The service is friendly and typically fast. I love the ability to build your own bowl and customize your flavor profile. The addition of the passionfruit into the açai add a nice flavor twist, which is not normal in other brands. I also really enjoyed their empanadas, in which I had their beef, chicken and spinach. Overall, Acai Republic is a nice, healthier addition to the downtown dining scene and their only cons are lack of seating and unconventional parking options. But I honestly feel that they are marketing more for a "pick-up and go" vibe; which is okay too.

We love açaí bowls so knew we wanted to try this! It was very very delicious. We got the Cali and added cacao nibs. Fruit was fresh, base was the perfect consistency. The store was very clean, the customer service was top notch! We are only in town for a few more days but we will definitely be returning.
