What a gem, what a treat. I love food, and what I love even more is simple good food, and this place NAILS it. My partner had told me about this local to Minnesota and Wisconsin eatery, and I was not ready for what I was in store for. It was a simple meal, I got a turkey sandwich and a soup. The Soup was Beer cheddar. It was creamy and rich, with sauteed carrots that were delicious. The soup was so tasty that I was instantly on the internet, searching for recipes to learn how to make this amazing concoction. The sandwich was also very good, but it was made with fresh ingredients and prepared well. The bread was fresh, and the turkey was nice, juicy, and thickly sliced. My partner got a banana foster latte, which was pretty good. It tasted more of coffee, sugar, and cream than banana foster, but there was a hint of banana, so we will forgive this one small issue that had no overall effect on the meal. This was such a simple and good meal, I will be back, and I will be trying everything I can get my hands on.

What a delightful find. We were in town for business and stopped at A.C. for lunch before driving back to the Twin Cities. We enjoyed delectable hoagies and soup in a relaxed setting that felt as comfortable as a favorite pair of blue jeans. My new favorite lunch spot in Winona!

Was my daughter's choice for lunch on our mini-vacay. Excellent hoagies -- warm, gooey cheese, flavorful, with soft bread. She enjoyed her berry smoothie too. Plenty of seating and good customer service.
