Highly recommend! The food was fresh and delicious! I got a sampler, and everything was amazing! If I seen it in a line up, it might not be my first choice, but after trying, I would definitely walk right to it! Excellent food!

Wonderful fresh food! It was the first time I've had cassava leaves; SO flavorful! I had with fufu and meats. It was wonderful, I am going to have trouble picking something different to try the next time I go there. I also had a side order of fried plantains they are a must order!! My wife had Chopati and a meat pie. The Chopati is a meat and bean stew served with flat bread. I was too full with my meal to try more than a bite of her's. It was good and I'll probably have order that next time.

I highly recommend Adibon, especially their food truck, for any event needs! Emerging Prairie has partnered with them for a variety of events in both Fargo and Casselton, and they are always friendly, reliable, and on time. A great team to work with!
