If you're in the area and looking for a meal that will really stick to your ribs, their combination plate is fantastic. And don’t forget to try the carrot soufflé and cornbread—they're must-haves! The food was amazing. We would regularly frequent this place if we lived in the area. I highly recommend the spareribs, baked chicken, cornbread, collard greens, and the carrot soufflé. Wait - I just recommended pretty much everything I ate! The owners are super friendly and answered all my questions about the food with interest and useful information. I saw a brief interaction with a guy who was down on his luck - they thoroughly impressed me with their kindness. What wonderful people! And what tasty food! Just as a note - look for their yellow signs on Main St. The signs made them easy to find. They said that they do catering - I’m sure it’s good. What a fantastic place! Angela is so friendly and you can feel her smile thru the phone. We placed a large order for an activity we were having and could not have been happier. We ordered the mac and cheese, meatloaf, baked chicken, curry chicken, cabbage, corn bread. Omg talk about delicious, by far the mac and cheese, meatloaf, cabbage and corn bread were the best I've had in a very long time, those had the entire room silent, after everyone in the room agreed those were our favorites and a must have again. This place is a hidden jem, we will be back again and again.
