Lovely concept, pull veggies, mushrooms, noodles, and proteins from a buffet to be prepared in a spicy sauce. I went with the level 2 spice level and stir fried a bowl of shaved beef, cabbage, and quail eggs with ramen noodles. It was absolutely delicious 10/10 recommendation.

We left Ann Arbor 12 years ago and re-visited Ajishin today. Did not realized it only had the take-out option. Nonetheless, we still very much enjoyed these authentic Japanese foods. 😋😋

This place is the gem of Novi. It doesn’t get any cheaper than this too. Unfortunate that you can’t sit in anymore and wish they were open for more hours, but staff are very sweet. If you love nigiri the salmon is incredible for $2. Udon is homey and just feels right.
