Food was excellent and got two thumbs up from my dad and me. Servers and staff were all super nice and it was all around a really lovely time, topped off by some mochi ice cream on the house. Def will be coming again and highly recommend!

This was undoubtedly one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had. Our waitress was completely disinterested and out of touch with us. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday night, and we were seated at a booth for four. The restaurant was not busy at all, so we were immediately seated. The menu was placed on the table, looking like a place mat. As we were reading the menu, our waitress came over and asked if we were ready to order. I explained that it was my first time at the restaurant, and the menu was quite large. She simply turned around and left. A few minutes later, she returned to take our order. We had not seen her again for at least 30 minutes. By then, we had finished all of our dishes, and she never came back to check on us, even though she had been passing our table multiple times. After finishing our meal, we wanted to try dessert. We waited for a while, but no service was provided. I had ordered green tea, and when I finished it, I wanted to order more, but she never returned to our table. We got our dessert order by flagging her to bring back the menu, which she seemed to wonder why… like we were supposed to memorize. I know there were only three options, but we couldn’t remember them at all. Our waitress made us feel like we were holding her back and being a burden. The food was good, but the service was terrible. *******The hostess and the other staff members brought us water and cleaned some of the dishes by the time she asked if we needed anything. We were then helped by someone else. Even the check was brought by someone else. Needless to say we were not able to tip her as we normally would have. Once she dropped off our card, we wanted to give her some feedback, but she turned around as quickly as she had throughout our entire dining experience.
