What an incredible experience! After a morning of hard work, my wife and I stopped by Always Flavored for a much-needed breakfast/brunch, and the entire visit was amazing. This is truly a hidden gem in Downtown Fredericksburg. The food was hot, fresh, local, and beyond delicious. We were so impressed with the quality of the ingredients. The owner was at the register and was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which elevated the entire experience—it’s clear they have a passion for their craft. The real stars of the show are their in-house made sauces and seasonings. They let us try them all before buying, and I’ve already found 3 or 4 new favorites to take home. This commitment to unique, flavorful ingredients sets them apart. On top of the great food, they carry Maggie’s Root Beer, which is another fantastic local downtown company. I have to say, that was the best root beer I have ever had! The next time I make floats at home, I will definitely be stopping in to grab Maggie’s Root Beer for the main ingredient. We’ve already added Always Flavored to the top of our regular restaurant rotation list. If you're looking for delicious, flavorful food and friendly service, you must stop here!

Rita makes the best sandwiches ever. One must be careful with the amount of sauce on some of heat is an issue. The selection is fabulous. I grab lunch here about once a week and can go over a month without having the same sandwich twice yet stay in my favorite sandwiches. Great people and great food
