Passing through town, we looked for a sit down place to take a break from our drive. This place is near the highway and had a decent looking menu and reasonable reviews, so we stopped in. We kind of got what we expected. It is a standard diner with all the standards. The menu is actually quite extensive. We were seated immediately and our waitress was very attentive. Food came out very fast. We ordered a turkey club wrap and a gyro wrap. Both came with a side of fries. The negative was in the turkey wrap: no bacon and no cheese. Only turkey, Lettuce, and a couple of tomato slices. Very dry. The gyro was better but not from a spit. Not quite steak-umms, but clearly warmed up on the griddle. The fries were the coated kind you get in many places. Good thing service was quick, place was clean, and prices low.

Ok I really need to understand this we have eaten at American table numerous times great place good service very nice my ? Is this going there today am I missing something we walked in the ask table or booth and I said we would like 2 to go orders after the look we left. Should I have called in the orders instead and just picked them up or what. We wanted to order never had an issue before just wanted to make sure I was not mad just a little taken back thats all other than that good place

Waitress was constantly taking plates away without asking if we were finished with them. Daughter had stomache surgery so she would eat a little and then she would have to stop before continuing. Waitress would just swoop in and pick up the plate. She also needs to learn the difference between over easy and over medium. Cause I was right when I told her how I wanted my eggs and she said that its different there.
