"Mommy, I want that!" Came in for breakfast around 9:30AM, diner was slightly busy but had plenty of room left inside for me to be seated immediately. Ended up ordering a decaf coffee, the Belgium Waffle with Strawberries and Whipped Cream, and a Build Your Own Omelette with Onions, Peppers, and Cheddar Cheese. Coming to just over $30 before tip. The coffee was weirdly strong for decaf, a very dark roasted bean, but since I didn't get the jitters later I know it was in fact decaf and not just regular. However that darkness helped as the waffle was sweet central, with sweet strawberries, the massive amount of whipped cream, and syrup on top of it all. Quite the thick waffle as it absorbed all those flavors and toppings, and still had room to remain intact and stand out in texture. The omelette was no slouch either, coming with toast of your choice (I went with wheat), and either hash browns or home fries. (I got the hash browns) The eggs was nice and fluffy, jam packed with the add-ins I selected, the toast was buttered right to the edge, and the hash browns were crunchy, savory, but not overly salted. I really enjoyed this breakfast, and you could tell as I devoured it all in just 10 or so minutes. Delicious. Amusingly I had a mother and her child sitting in the booth across from me, and the kid decided I would be his entertainment for the morning. Watching me play on my phone, pointing out to his mother my business attire, and asking his mom about my waffle. A very real dinner experience, harkening back to the days when I use to go out with my own family for breakfast. Overall this was a great breakfast experience, from the service to the food and even to the atmosphere. Would totally come back for breakfast again.

Stopped in for a quick bite while I was running some errands in Amsterdam. It's a nice size diner and it's wide open and bright. I was seated right away and my waiter came right over to my table. I ordered a BLT. It came out pretty quickly. The sandwich was fine but nothing spectacular. You can tell when a sandwich has been made with love and although there was nothing wrong with it, you can tell it was just thrown together. Half the bacon was falling off the bread when it was served to me. It tasted good but it just wasn't anything to write home about. Overall a decent spot for breakfast and lunch.

Good food. Great service. Casual atmosphere. Surprised they didn't have real maple syrup. Probably just my taste, but the sausage link had no flavor. Eggs toast bacon and pancakes were on point.
