I LOVED EVERYTHING! I came in shortly after the buffet had ended and didn’t realize they were closed. The staff was gracious enough to still cook me some food. The food was nice and hot, and very flavorful. I would go as far as saying the best Indian food I’ve had in Columbus. The butter chicken and curry chicken was so well seasoned and was tender. Even the rice was well seasoned. The staff also brought me a complimentary desert seen in the picture (can’t remember the name, but it was delicious). I will definitely be back!

Delicious buffet, loaded with flavorful appetizers, entrees, side dishes, soups, and desserts. We enjoyed our meal very much. It’s healthy, robust flavor, not too hot, not too spicy. My favorites: Sambar, Idli (w/ tang yogurt and mint chutney), Butter Chicken, Shahi Paneer (cashew gravy is amazing!), chicken, fish, and for dessert, mango custard. I recently visited Apna Kitchen (again) and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious. The dahi vada was excellent, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. The masala dosa was equally impressive, crisp on the outside and flavorful inside. I also ordered Hakka noodles for takeout because the last time I had them, they were so delicious and everyone at home loved them. Once again, they did not disappoint. They have a new cook, and it truly shows in the quality and freshness of the food. Everything tasted freshly prepared and full of authentic flavor. Ms. Neelam, who took our orders and brought the food, was very friendly and jovial. She mentioned that they make everything fresh, and that was clearly reflected in the taste and quality of the dishes. Her warm and welcoming service made the experience even more enjoyable. Whenever I pass through Columbus, Indiana, I make sure to stop by Apna Kitchen and treat myself to tasty, authentic Indian food. It is definitely worth the visit.
