Huge disappointment for my daughter’s 1st birthday. I ordered a catering spread for my daughter’s 1st birthday—one and a half trays of oven-fried chicken and two trays of redskin potatoes. Unfortunately, the food was a massive letdown. The chicken was incredibly dry and tasteless; I ended up with a huge amount of leftovers because none of my guests wanted to eat it. To make matters worse, they cut the bone-in breasts in half to inflate the piece count. The customer service was even worse than the food. I spoke with the manager, Stephanie, who offered a gift card, but I have no interest in returning after this experience. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was ignored for a week. When I finally reached the owner’s wife, Cathy, she cut me off mid-sentence to tell me "no one ever complains about their food" and promised a callback from her husband that never happened. Save your money and your time. They clearly don’t value their customers or the quality of their catering.

Always nice at Apple Annie’s. Service is always great. Food is pretty good. Pot roast, shepherds pie, breakfast and etc :). Family casual. 💕👍. Update: Apple Annie’s is closing for good in the near future. Sad to see it go.

Lemon cake- delicious! Nashville hot chicken sandwich-delicious! Lemon rice soup- best I’ve ever had! Pierogis- dry and rubbery. The service is outstanding and atmosphere wonderful. We will definitely be back.
