Applebee's Grill + Bar

How this place has four stars I will never know. Lets start with the first issue. Sign says half price appetizers from 3-6 pm. We walked in at 5:52 and waitress was at our table at 5:54 pm. Waitress says I dont think you can have half price appetizers she goes and gets another waitress that shows up at our table at 5:59 and says sorry our click on our computer is five minutes fast and we cant give you half price appetizers. Fine no big deal, I mean its ridiculous but not gonna ruin my night over it. Go to the bathroom wash my hands, the soap is literally water, like water. on top of the fact that the floors windows and bathrooms are filthy. Order dinner, which is a steak, they are out of broccoli, celery, Cesar salad and a lost of other things, no biggy. Steak comes out ice box cold. You cant make this up. The diet pepsi was obviously out as it was brought to the table see through, I waited ten minutes for them to change it, only to be brought another glass of carbonated water. Waitress never checked on us and by the time she did I just had her bring me a box for my steak. Overall 0 stars but being a good human still tipped 20% and didn't cause a scene. Will never go back and dont recommend to anyone unless you want to drop a hundred dollars for a five dollar experience.

Had a really great experience at Applebee’s! The host was welcoming right when we walked in, and the service throughout the meal was attentive and friendly. Both managers were present and supportive, and you can tell the staff works well together. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and everything ran smoothly. Would definitely come back!

Had a great experience at Applebee's! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and our server Brooklyn made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was taken care of. Big shout out to the manager Sarah as well, she's awesome and keeps the place running well. Overall, great service and a fun atmosphere. Diffinately recommend!
