Arni's Crawfordsville

Arni’s is an Indiana staple. Their pizza is best when you order it extra crispy-and man, is it good! It’s not a gourmet, experimental place, but it’s good food with a side of Hoosier hospitality. Pizza is a crisp, thin crust, with a tomato paste based sauce and standard toppings. They also have sandwiches, salads, and breadsticks. Unfortunately, their crust is not vegan friendly, but is suitable for vegetarians and they do have gluten free crust.

First time here. Barely any parking, only a handful of spots. (Crazy). I was told I could have parked behind the restaurant, in the library parking lot, but there are signs there saying for Library use only! We ordered a pizza & a Barbeque sandwich. The pizza had a lot of crumbled sausage on it, but it lacked flavor. I wish there had been more cheese. The Barbeque sandwich had very little sauce on it. The employees were nice. The dining room was very pleasant. ▶ On my receipt I was surprised to see that I was charged a *Credit Card fee*. (It was actually a Debit Card.) Either way, not cool. The food was just not worth the cost. I will not return.

Let me start off like this. If you like Pizza, I'm sure it's a good place. But if you want anything else, it's not that good, I had a hamburger, and I had to wait 30 minutes for it, and also the environment, they just let teenagers run in and out and don't even make them order food, they let them sit in the lobby and make a whole bunch of noise. It was just not my cup of tea.
