Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We would rate our experience at Aroi Thai Cuisine a 4/5. Of the two dishes we tried, the drunken noodles were our favorite. They were flavorful but slightly over-seasoned, which paired well with the more subtly flavored khao soi. The portion size is smaller compared to other Thai restaurants in the area with similar pricing. The service was nice and friendly, though not very attentive, as staff primarily remained in the kitchen and were not aware when we were ready to order or had finished our meal. We recommend bringing cash to avoid the credit card surcharge. Overall, we enjoyed our experience but are more inclined to revisit other Thai restaurants nearby.

There is a dedicate page for the vegan choices! Very delicious and the service is so friendly. Don’t let the outside scare you away. It’s great on the inside. Very authentic all around. They recommend typically take your spice level one done as that’s also authentic.

Delicious, Delicious, Delicious. Where do I begin? Let's start with the Matcha Thai Tea. Never liked matcha anything before, loved this tea. Summer Rolls, presentation and taste 10. Their peanut sauce is divine. I had the chicken pineapple stir fry Thai hot. The largest serving of this dish I have had at any Thai restaurant, best sauce ratio, and what can I say? I love the pineapple as usual 😋. The ladies with me had sesame chicken (light, very crispy chicken with a scrumptious sauce), pho (huge serving size, served with a fresh side of garnishes), pan fried noodles with beef (best serving size, and nastiness galore), I cannot recall that name of the last dish, but it had glass noodles with Napa and again exceptional serving size, fresh, homemade sauce and well cooked dish.) I had been told this was the best Thai restaurant around the area and it is. There are a couple other Thai restaurants that I reccomend in the Burg and York County, but this tops them both.
