The service throughout the evening was impeccable — attentive without hovering, warm without pretense — thanks in large part to Service Captain Montana, whose calm command of the dining room made the entire 13-course journey feel effortless, perfectly paced, and us deeply cared for. The culinary team at Astera is nothing short of extraordinary. This fully plant-based, vegan tasting menu is a revelation. Each dish was a work of art — visually stunning, created entirely from local, seasonal ingredients, deeply inspired, and bursting with thoughtful, layered flavors. Wonderful evening! I reserved the chef's counter and Chef Adam and his team put together a wonderful menu that completely won me over. It was my first experience in a purely vegan/vegetarian restaurant and it is on par with many Michelin-starred restaurants. The relaxed and genuinely interested small talk made the evening perfect. The wine selection paired with the dishes was also perfect. It will definitely not be my last visit and I am already looking forward to the team's next creations. 10/10
