It seemed like our waitress was more focused on socializing with friends than attending to her job, leading to a delay in getting our drinks. We decided to order the house salad, but I regrettably have to say it was brown and soggy, indicating a lack of freshness. On a brighter note, we also tried the lasagna, which was a definite improvement over the salad. It had a rich flavor and was well-prepared. Overall, Auntie Pasta's had some potential, but there are definitely areas that need improvement, particularly in customer service quality and service attentiveness.

Absolutely divine! My wife and I are so grateful to have stopped at Auntie Pasta while staying in Nacogdoches on our way back home and it was amazing! The BREAD!! SHEESH! Our waitress was superb, the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. And the food…chef’s kiss! People of Nac and passerby’s, do yourself a favor and get you some great food!

Great experience. This place was from a recommendation. We were a little worry that they didn’t take reservations, but that wasn’t an issue. The service was quick. The food tasted great. The warm bread with toasted garlic was on point. Yes, I recommend this eatery.
