We were referred to this restaurant while visiting and it was fantastic. We had a Fried Burrata app, a pasta dish, a steak and chicken. We shared everything family style. We also had the Toffee Cake which was insanely good. We enjoyed everything but the Pasta w the Short Rub Ragu was my personal favorite. We will definitely be going back and the service was excellent.

My partner and I decided to be spontaneous this Valentine’s Day and try Averna Italian Steakhouse for the first time. We were beyond pleased! The ambiance immediately set the perfect mood for the evening. Despite it being a holiday, the restaurant was impressively calm and well-organized, which we didn't expect on such a hectic night. Our waiter was excellent and checked on us just the right amount, and the food was spectacular. Everything was perfect—we will definitely be returning!

Upscale and upbeat steakhouse in Rye that offers much more than steak. Everything was delicious - lobster crabcake, seafood pasta and the bread pudding are particularly memorable. Excellent staff and manager - great service is an obvious priority here.
