This was my first time trying African cuisine, and I had a wonderful experience! Aze and her sister Aziza were extremely welcoming and friendly. My daughter even made a friend with Aze daughter! They generously offered us samples of several dishes to taste, which made us feel right at home. Aze even offered to go get my daughter her diet Coke from the store since they were out, she was accommodating to my daughter's diabetes! Which is so nice of her! You can tell she loves kids! The food is made fresh and with organic ingredients, and you can truly taste the quality. As they mention, this is not fast food , everything is prepared with care, so be patient because it’s worth it. I ordered the Ugali with beef stew, and my friend had the fried fish with rice. Both were flavorful and delicious 😋 The atmosphere, music, and overall vibe were great. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning soon! ✨🙌🏻

I stopped by this place yesterday. It was my first time trying this African place and it was a great experience. I ordered the spicy fish with spicy rice and greens. It was very good, flavorful and nicely spiced. The owner actually let me try the spicy sauce first to see if i liked it before ordering .Would recommend and I will be returning to try more menu items .

The food was excellent and communicated the soul of the food, so flavorful. First experience with Swahili cuisine. The Nyama Choma was seasoned so well as was the beef stew. Had my first experience with Ugali. Good side dish. The plantains were so filling. Good food. Good people.
