i agree that the wait is usually long, but im putting the blame on whoever the GM is. they think that 1 person managing all of the orders at night in service is okay when there’s a line of cars and people waiting on the sidewalk consistently. its still very busy at night because people know theyre open late and the other reviews obviously show that the workers need help and it’s not their fault. the food is always delicious, i’m never disappointed after waiting for it.

Smash and dash is always above and beyond what I've been craving all week! I kinda wish I didn't work in the food industry so I could eat there more 🤣. Chef Kyle definitely doesn't skimp on the flavor that's for sure! Each time I've eaten there (once a week) the burgs all have that perfect maillard crust not burnt either as I've had at other smash spots.

It was horrible. Smash burger and waffle fries. Patty was tasteless, stiff and very dry. Fries were the same, oozing oil. Cheese had a very plastic and bitter taste. Took 20 minutes to get my food. I would go somewhere else, 7/11, in n out, Wendy’s all have better burgers.
