I’m writing to share a recent experience at this location that was genuinely disappointing and concerning from a customer service standpoint. During my visit, the employees on duty were rude and gave off the clear impression that they did not want to take our order. From their tone to their behavior, we felt unwelcome and like an inconvenience simply for trying to order bowls. There was no friendliness, no effort to be helpful, and no basic level of customer courtesy. I chose to visit Bahia Bowl expecting a positive and welcoming experience, especially given the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression and made us question whether we would want to return or recommend the location to others. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it can be addressed with the staff, as experiences like this can easily drive customers away. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and hope future customers receive the level of service that should be standard.

Absolutely avoid if you do deliveries. Uber and Dash send a driver about 30 min after order. Go in to pick up order and the girl says il get to it next. Ok so a min or two? She says 20? You’re kidding right? Nope. Isn’t a driver in the world that will or can wait 20 min for an order. Doesn’t work that way. Maybe hire a second person? After a while the platforms will drop them from deliveries for excessive wait times. So as a customer be ready to wait a good hour or more as well if you order from here. 20 min?? lol good luck with that

What a fantastic little place! The acai bowls are made fresh to order and are really delicious and refreshing - everything looks and tastes really fresh We also tried the strawberry almond protein bites and they were great too, but they are pre-made in the fridge The portions are generous and the staff are all friendly and kind I really recommend this for a tasty, healthy snack or meal
