Bailey's Courtyard Cafe is one more amazing place. We are travlers passing through town earlier this week. Hungry, we were in search of a place to eat, so we checked out a few places and settled on Bailey's. When we got to the address, we thought the place might be out of business. We were expecting to see a store front for the restaurant. The door was open to the building, so we went inside. We stepped into a large atrium like area, and in this open section, we found Bailey's. We found them busy cooking up orders. You can set at the bar or order service from a table. We elected to sit at the bar so we could watch them cooking and talk to the lady behind the counter, who we later discovered was the co-owner with her husband. My wife ordered a 'smaller portion' order of stuffed hashbrowns, and I ordered two slices of French Toast. The serving size of the hashbrowns is stunning. Unless you want leftovers, or you are a big eater, the 'smaller portion' will be enough food. The stuffed hashbrown comes with meat, veggies, and cheese. I ordered two slices of French toast that were excellent. You are served up all the butter and syrup you could want. Be sure to check out the six BC sauces that the owner makes. They will be glad to give you a 'tour' of what each one is like. Their names are: Orignal, Everyday, Chipotle Hot, Siracha, Yellow Bonnet Mango, and Scorpion-Pineapple. The latter is the hottest of the six favors. Bailey's was a delightful stop. The food, service, and wonderful conversation with the owner really made this a fun visit for us. Of course, we highly recommend checking the place out that all the locals already know about.

Wow I got the stuffed hashbrowns and it is such a huge portion. 2 or 3 meals worth of food. It is so delicious!! Seasoned well too. My friend got a bacon cheeseburger and it was juicy and delicious. Best burger in a long time. It was lunch time and I'm sure they were busy but very good service with just a bit of a longer wait. They did apologize for the wait. The food was hot delicious and good value. Delivery guy was polite. Picture was when it was about half gone.

Bring your appetite!!! I ordered an omelette with toast, I should have had a half!!! The cook and server were both very easy to talk with. This is definitely a place to go to and return to often!!
