Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

There's a beautiful little restaurant nestled in sunny isles. Its super delicious, clean , energetic, vibrant, fun and never a dull moment. The owners greet you with open arms and the service is outstanding if your in no rush. I always get the lamb but its all delicious. Its a must try if you have never had Azerbaijan cuisine. Also this place gets lit on Fridays and Saturdays with a dj and live music and karaoke.

I really enjoyed our visit to the restaurant, the service was excellent and the food was ready very fast. We tried dovga soup, kutabi, manti, dolma Baku, everything was good but a bit too fat for my taste. Fresh salad came also full of oil. Portions are extremely big for appetizers. The inside is beautiful and there were live perfomances which i loved! Overall I would visit this place again ;))

The wonders of Baku Cafe. OMG The lamb kebab was cooked to perfection beautifully charred on the outside, juicy and tender inside, with that deep, smoky flavor that only comes from proper grilling. Well-seasoned, balanced, and clearly made with quality meat. The fresh salad and punchy tomato sauce alongside it cut through the richness perfectly. The chicken tabaka was a real standout: crispy, golden skin with incredibly moist meat underneath. You can tell it was cooked with care simple, honest flavors done right. Paired with the rice and sauce, every bite was comforting yet exciting. Portions were generous, presentation was inviting, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. This is the kind of food that makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. I’d happily come back just for these two dishes alone. Highly recommended 👌🍗🥩
