Been looking forward to trying Bammys for at least a year or 2 since I fist saw it on IG. Took the family there during our quick trip to DC and it did not disappoint. Beautiful location. Service was excellent. Dre was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Wings were slammin! The Accra was a touch too salty- just a touch- but was really good texture wise. The coco bread for the oxtail “sandos” I didn’t expect it to be toasted which made it a little dry but we had the gravy to dip into so that helped a lot! We all enjoyed our meals! Thanks Bammys!

I was looking for a Caribbean restaurant in the area. I came across Bammy’s on Google Maps. I am so glad I did! My siblings and I thoroughly enjoyed our food, drinks and the overall experience. I had the Doubles and a side of Collards, my sister had the jerk salmon and my brother had the oxtail patty. We all cleaned our plates. The food was so good we ask our server to bring out the chef so we can give him his dues. Our server Ebony was a delight. She gave us good recommendations and she was very attentive to us. All our drinks were good (Rum Punch Mimosas and a Shipwreck). We will definitely be back soon to try other items on the menu.
