Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

So I ate here for the first time a couple days ago. Since then, I have been back two more times in the same week! My favorites so far are the Bao Tacos, and Bok Bok wings. I ate the wings before I could get a picture. Trust me though this place is good. This just might be my new favorite place to eat in Pensacola.

Had some really great food here! Got the Bao Tacos and the Shrimp Spring Rolls, also had a Passion Fruit infused Tea that is not pictured that was delicious! Great modern Vietnamese spot right in the middle of Pensacola. Very clean and good vibes for dining in. Highly recommend to anyone who is look for a new and refreshing taste lately, I'll be back for sure!

The best part about this place is their broth. The vegan broth flavor is very deep and is the most authentic tasting vegan broth we’ve found in town. You can tell they know how to spice their pho. I can’t give them 5 stars because the noodles are always over cooked. It’s where they miss. I’ve been four times and each time after my first, I’ve requested that they don’t cook the noodles for as long as they normally do. They usually make a note for the kitchen but every time they are still soggy, falling apart and chewy with no bite at all. The soggiest pho noodles I’ve ever had from a restaurant or from my Vietnamese family members. Also, the pho condiments aren’t served with the soup. There is a toppings and sauces bar instead, which is almost always empty. I have to ask them to refill it each time, which is a bit annoying because I hate to bother them, I feel it should be monitored better and stay stocked if they aren’t serving the condiments directly like most places. The soup spoons are plastic. The spring rolls have good flavor but taste like they’re prepped way ahead because the wrappers are always hard and dry. Honestly, the broth is just so good so I’ll keep coming back for it but next time I’m picking up an order of rice noodles from either PhoEver or Golden Palace and then I’ll just order the broth from Basil & Sprout and bring my own soup spoon from home lol. I think it would completely elevate the experience. All in all, this place would be phenomenal if there was just a little bit more love and care put into the little details.
