Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This protein milkshake spot is the best place to stop after a long walk at Walsingham Park. Brings you back to life. I picked toffee coffee since I’m a coffee lover and it was delicious! Tasted all the flavors that were listed in the drink. Def be back to try a fruity option.

Really enjoyed the Beach House Nutrition! The coconut crush shake was amazing. The atmosphere is so decorative and fun! When I'm in town, this will be a regular stop and I would recommend giving it a try.

The kid working there Sunday Feb 8th couldn’t have been a more terrible employee. I wanted to order a smoothie but wanted something specific. The responses I received from this kid were so wrong for a retail employee. First, his attitude was as if he didn’t want to be there. Secondly, when I told him what I wanted he kept mentioning “formula 1.” I would ask him what that was and he would lazily point to the container, which was next to many other containers to his right. I asked him if that was the protein. He said no and repeated it was “formula 1.” When I asked again what that is he merely pointed to it again. I then asked if that was a base instead of water, milk or yogurt and he giggled a little under his breath and said “no one uses milk”. Well that not true. I use milk when I make a smoothie and smoothie king will use milk. In fact EVERY WHERE I have ever been will use some sort of milk if you ask for it. I then ordered something off the menu and he rolled his eyes and turned around with a little smug expression as if he taught me something. That’s when I told him to forget it and began to explain to him his attitude was appalling. I asked him if his parents owned the place and barely responded and seemed to imply they did. I will be contacting the owners of this place. The employee told me his name was Tyler. For those looking for a smoothie, go elsewhere as this place is not welcoming and the owners son is a terrible ambassador for his parent’s company. Either way, Tyler needs to be fired.
