LOVE THIS Brand! Excellent flavors, you can tell it's incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Each jar we've purchased has been exactly like the previous one... my wife and I HIGHLY appreciate the consistency! While we don't eat a lot of fermented foods these days, when we do go for kraut, we dig into the Kimchi and Jalapeno flavors... yum!
