Bertha's is amazing. My husband and I found this gem of a place while passing through Tifton. I had the fish tacos, which were so delicious and filled to the max. The fish was very fresh and seasoned to perfection. They had avocado on them and the spicy salsa and lime were great additions. The service was great-everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I wish we had good Mexican food like this where we live in Blacksburg, Virginia. If Bertha's were to open a satellite restaurant there, they would have a lot of loyal customers.

I really wanted to like it, but the food just wasn’t there. I went on 2 separate occasions. Once in the evening to go and the other time, dine in during lunch. The to go order was ok. Nothing to rave about, we were hungry to we dealt. During the dine in, I know the food was fresh but it didn’t taste or felt fresh. The place was empty so I expected better quality and service. I know it’s hard running 2 establishments but I still expected better.

We had the Mexican guacamole, the supreme nachos in the quesadilla. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back.
