The food at Best Wok is decent, but the service and cleanliness significantly detract from the overall experience. This was my first visit, and the dining area was visibly messy. Multiple tables were left uncleared with dirty plates, used napkins, and leftover food for an extended period of time. As shown in the photos, the tables remained in that condition the entire time I waited, and no staff appeared to be managing the dining area. I placed a pickup order by phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived about 15 minutes after ordering, yet still waited nearly an hour before receiving my food. While it was clear the restaurant was busy, there was no communication about delays. Had I been informed, I could have planned accordingly. When I asked why I was not told about the delay, the gentleman wearing glasses responded by turning his back to me instead of addressing the concern. That interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. While the food itself was acceptable, there are several nearby options that maintain a cleaner environment and provide far better customer service. Based on this experience, I would choose those alternatives instead.

Thought the food was pretty good. Decent portions, enough for a few meals. The only downside is the customer service is a bit cold and the restaurant ambiance isn’t the best. Ordered the sweet and sour chicken and general Tso’s Chicken. Would order again.

This is possibly the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had, and I used to buy Chinese takeout from grocery stores. Nothin has flavor, the Lo Mein is made with spaghetti noodles and for the price, I’m quite upset. The staff are extremely rude, which checks out with other reviewers. I was expecting good food though. Just goes to show you can’t trust an Americans opinion on what decent ethnic food tastes like. To everyone that recommended this place to me, go educate yourself.
