I had an issue with my delivery order from DoorDash and the lady who was working was amazing and she helped me fix my order gave me multiple calls informing me and updating me. I do not remember her name. I believe it could’ve been Emma or something. I apologize for not remembering, please give her a raise or give her the incentive for a great review. I’m super happy she made my day!!!

I am very disappointed with this Northville location. The customer service is terrible and the food quality is worse. On numerous occasions I’ve gotten food and smoothies here, each time they were made incorrectly or missing ingredients. Today I got a smoothie and it tasted awful, nothing like how it’s supposed to. It was out literally as soon as I ordered it so I can imagine they just threw the ingredients in without a care. I got the same thing last week, and it was just as bad. I’ve gotten the exact same smoothie at the Livonia location and it was delicious, so I know it’s not an issue with the recipe. Unfortunately, it’s not just about a smoothie; it’s about how each time I go, the experience is awful. My family and I will not be coming back here. If you want Beyond, I highly recommend going to Livonia or a different location.

I come here regularly for an açai bowl. They are always friendly, always get my order correct, and I can’t say anything bad about this location. Highly recommend.
