Overall Entire bad experience. I had a reservation at 8:30 we get there and the place is packed. I tell them I’m here and we weren’t seated for 30 minutes. Two big groups walk in way after us and are seated before us, and it was only 2 of us. I asked them what’s the hold up they said they are short staffed and I’m not understanding what that has to do with a table not being available and 2 big groups being seated before us 2, even tho we had a reservation. Finally 30 minutes later we are seated and they seated us way in the back. They played good music but it was obnoxiously loud, couldn’t even hear each other speak. The waitress took out drinks and we didn’t receive them for about 15 minutes. Then she took our food orders and didn’t get our food till 20 minutes later. And she put down to put shrimp in my salad instead of my pasta, which she probably couldn’t hear me because the music was so loud. The food was not even all that great I could’ve made that at home and it would’ve tasted better. And once I paid the waitress took forever to give me my change back. Definitely wanted to walk completely out of there and since the beginning but 10000% will never go back. The only things that were good was the cocktails and the salad.

Delicious hookah, attentive coal service. Got hummus with steak and tabouleh - hummus is made in house and was delicious, even if the pita wasn't my favorite. Tabouleh had great flavor, good portion. Upstairs seating was very romantic, even if the panoramic LED strip was on the fritz. Forgivable for how friendly all the staff were. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent Service! Delicious food and drinks. Our server Allison was so sweet and tentative to our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the drinks and the food. Kimberly, the general manager, was also amazing. The atmosphere was very chilled and relaxing. The decor was perfect. My husband and I highly recommend Bianka for a night out with friends, a birthday get-together, or a romantic dinner with your loved one.
