Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We attended their soft opening as a guest of two with reservations. Walking in we were greeted by the staff and shown to our tables. It was a little cold where we sat, and the music at times felt a little too loud. The environment inside is beautiful, and you can tell a lot of thought and work was put into it. Decor that brought you back to your memories of Lebanon with the Oud instrument, and the very unforgettable chairs. The menu mostly had everything available, some items were not just yet available as it was a soft opening, I'd say about 90% of the menu was available, and what wasn't was marked so you knew ahead of time. We ordered: - Bi Beirut Fattoush - Batata Harra - Ras Asfour Karaz - Beef Kabob - Hindbe - Cheese Rolls - Kabsi Rice The fattoush caught my eye because it stuck to the fattoush you knew but added a unique twist on it. For us, the zaatar coated cashews and dates incorporated into the fattoush was something we've never seen or had before so we had to order it. Pomegranate seeds were also part of the fattoush which some may have not had before, but for us its a must have in a fattoush. The addition of the dates and cashews added a fantastic new flavor to an otherwise very traditional salad from Lebanon. 5\5 Batata Harra is essentially cubed potatoes that are usually deep fried for a little bit and then pan fried with garlic and cilantro, with sometimes having chilli flakes added to them. It directly translates to "Spicy Potatoes". Another classic Lebanese dish that's full of flavor. For those spicyphobic folks, although the dish translates to spicy potatoes its something that wont burn your tongue at all. A little extra crisp to the potatoes themselves would've made this dish perfection. 4.95/5 The next dish is something I've personally never had before, but I LOVE cherries. This dish is called Ras Asfour Karaz. It's sauteed beef that's cooked in a cherry sauce with cherries. In our case, the owner noticed that we didn't order any hummus. I don't have anything against hummus, I love it, but I wanted to try other things first. He put the dish on some hummus for us to try out. The beef was seasoned so well, it was tender, moist, and that cherry sauce with the cherries was amazing if you like some sweet with your savory. With the hummus, it was great. For ME personally, the Ras Asfour Karaz is best on its own. 4.5\5 Next up is a classic but we had to have it. Some good old school Lahm Meshwe, aka Beef Kabobs. I'll keep it short and sweet. Perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy. 5/5 For my Lebanese folks from the South, if you've ever lived there or gone there you may have heard about a dish called Hindbeh. This is a dish that consists of cooked dandelion greens that has lemon, olive oil incorporated into it and topped with caramelized onions. It's a humble dish, but you definitely cant knock it till your try it. Dandelion is also LOADED with cardiovascular benefits (just dont go picking the most likely herbicide sprayed dandelions in your yards). With dishes like these, I go overboard on the olive oil and lemon. This was perfection. The only thing that could've topped this for me was to have received it from my grandmother at her house in Lebanon. 5/5 Cheese rolls, a mixture of cheeses and spices wrapped in phyllo and deep fried. Crunchy exterior, gooey interior. Do I need to say more? One of mine was cold in the center, and as someone who makes these, I can understand how difficult it can be to get the ratio of the stuffing on the inside to melt without burning/overcooking the outside 4.95/5 This last side is rice mixed with Kabsi Spices. Usually, you have a bunch of meat or chicken that slow cooked and mixed with the spices and the rice. The taste is amazing, the only thing missing would be a full kabsi dish made with the meat or chicken. Great side though. 5/5 The tiny criticisms I mentioned are stuff I mentioned to the management team as well. We loved that this place made us feel close to our home and roots while also elevating the experience and we cant wait to come back again and again.

Great food and an even better experience. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Our waiter really stood out he was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu well, made thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything ran smoothly without ever being overbearing. Service like that elevates the whole experience. He’s clearly an asset to the team.Thank you Nur for everything
