Big Tasty's is a relatively new addition to the Willamette Garage food carts pod, compared with the other ones. I have visited this food cart twice in the last 2 weeks, and both visits turned out to be quite enjoyable. I had the 5 ribs dish at the first visit, which was pretty amazing. The ribs were tender and flavorful, falling right off the bones. The pickled onions added a bit of balance as well. (Note: I finished the ribs before thinking of taking a photo.). I had pulled pork sandwich, which was juicy and tasty. Be prepared to get messy if trying to hold the sandwich by hands, with a lot of finger licking afterwards. The staff was also very friendly and helpful at both times. I will certainly visit again soon. 1/30/2026 Update: I went back again today for the ribs and they were as "big & tasty" as before.

I got their grilled cheese and asked for rib meet on it, they did NOT miss, genuinely one of the best grilled cheeses i had in a while. Their brisket is so tender and the ribs are so freaking good. It’s too bad i don’t live in this area because if i did i would be there everyday if i could. Check them out!!
