Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I went to Bimi Thai Restaurant in September with my mom who has never tried Thai food before. Both of us couldn't decide what to choose. The menu has pictures which we appreciate. Staff is extremely friendly, and patient. Food overall was very delicious! Definitely will be coming back!

We love this place every time we go, it is our favorite place to eat in Hastings. Highly recommend peanut curry and Tom yum soup. I’m gluten free and so is most of the food here too!

As an asian person, the Pho here is better than Vangz Kitchen in Cottage Grove🤣 Ask for the veggies on the side. We only knew veggies were in the Pho, as we read reviews. Not much meat in the Pho. Spring rolls had a very thin layer of meat. Disappointing. The Pad See Eiu, actually was good as well. Again, very little meat and not alot of veggies either. Overall, good for a quick stop. A little expensive for the small portions.
