My first visit to Biscuits Cafe was this morning. The food was good. The portions were generous. Three items stand out as being delicious and worthy of a return visit - the biscuits, the Marion Berry jam and the hash browns. But the best part of my experience was the excellent service from Shawna. She was polite, courteous, friendly and genuine. Any restaurant that has such fine service earns repeat business from me.

We went here for the first time with our family of 7. The food was delicious and our server was friendly and apologetic about the long wait (she explained it was due to DoorDash orders) and the heat from the doors being open, which also let in flies. Unfortunately, we were overcharged by about $30 for items we didn’t order, and the cinnamon roll that was supposed to be comped was still on the bill. I didn’t get the promised callback that day, but the store manager did call the next morning, apologized, corrected the charge, and even sent me a $20 gift card. While the billing process and follow-up could be improved, the food itself was good and I appreciated that the manager made things right.

Food was dry, the food had no flavor. I was charged for to extra dishes I didn't ask for. Service was not good nor friendly. I had to ask 3 times for to go boxes, I told the waitress I had to leave for and emergency, and there was no hurry on her in. My daughter's potatoes were under cooked. Over priced & no prices on the special menu's
