We have been to Blackstone several times. Our guests last night had not been there before, but were very pleased with the experience. Flynn’s Baked Pasta is always my favorite, but everyone was pleased with their meal. Maggie was a tremendous server. Very friendly and efficient.

Food was tasty but cold (both appetizers & main dishes) Service could have been better but wasn't horrible. 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bill regardless of service and what I REALLY did not like was NONE of us were given an actual physical check to view & weren't even offered an electronic 1 to look at. Made reservations for about 20 of us well in advance & I was called last minute by GM to inform me whoever answered their phone did not assign us a section so we all had to sit apart. I wanted to ♥ this place but did not. It was just ok. I would give them a 2nd chance if some changes were put in place.

We were greeted with smiles at the door. Seated in a booth that was very comfortable. I had the seared tuna salad and my husband had the steak. I enjoyed a glass of wine. And because it was my birthday, the waitress gifted a chocolate covered slice of cheesecake that my husband and I shared. Highly recommend and I will be back!
