Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Friendly staff, wide selection of ice cream. Fair pricing for the portion sizes. Turkey club was good and the crinkle fries were a nice addition.

I was so happy to get a nice roast beef sandwich, but for the third time, i was disappointed to see the quality of tomatoes in it. I thought it may have been a bad batch once...but getting gross tomatoes three times has made me not want to order here again. The top pile is what came out of my sandwich, half are overripe with brown spots and the other half are underripe and discolored. Below it is what a tomato should look like (from my fridge that i put in the sandwich) ...i wouldnt mind having to pick out one piece, but the whole sandwich was full of these gross tomatoes. Not sure why someone who works there thinks these are ok to make sandwiches with.
