Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

this cafe is the embodiment of a “local small town coffee shop” in the best way possible. The workers were so incredibly nice and were having conversations with the customers while still working super efficiently. The food tasted AMAZING and that’s not even an exaggeration!! I ordered the avocado toast with two eggs and the eggs were so well prepared and the toast was 🤤🤤. I also ordered an iced matcha and WOW—I genuinely didn’t expect the matcha to be so well made like the matcha was really good quality, they had the bamboo whisk and everything. OVERALL 5/5 ME AND MY FRIENDS WILL BE REVISITING

My first time here at Blu Fig Cafe! I love the small yet exquisite menu. I had the iced latte, which tasted great. The food is a must try. I had the meaty sandwich, and I love the sourdough bread, how it was toasted. My girlfriend had the avocado toast, which had a super nice presentation and all the food as well. To finish it off, I had a French hotdog. It brought me back to my hometown in Poland when they serve those at the gas stations. This place is a must try.

Tucked away in long grove center, this small and cozy 20 seat coffee cafe is a gem. The coffee latte is robust and creamy, and the 5-6 lunch sandwiches plus bagel/breakfast options are tasty and enough to share. Prices are fantastically affordable! Loved it!
