Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I ordered Chicken Pad Thai, I normally get it from the Thai restaurant in Celebration center but wanted to give a closer restaurant a try. Chicken Pad Thai at Blue Coast Asian has zero taste, the spring rolls have nothing in them. You bite into it & its all dough. The serving portion is 1/4 size that Celebration Thai serving for the same price. I will drive all the way to Celebration going forward for great Pad Thai.

I stopped by Blue Coast Asian Cuisine for lunch and was surprised at how slow it was during peak hours. Given the quality of food and the amazing prices, I expected it to be busier. The lunch specials are an incredible deal—you get a big serving of flavorful food at a price that’s hard to beat. The Pad Thai, in particular, stood out. It was well-balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and tang, and the portion size was more than generous. Everything I tried was fresh and well-prepared, making it a great spot for a satisfying and affordable meal. Not sure why it wasn’t crowded, but if you’re looking for great Asian cuisine at a fantastic price, Blue Coast is definitely worth checking out! PS: I am Asian, if that helps! 😝

Mug I ordered hot water in was dirty so smart server offered us to-go cups. Pad thai looked over cooked. Tasted it anyway I was right. Couldn't bare through it see 30 second video below. My sons California roll was fine. I ordered Savanah roll to replace the pad thai. It didn't disappoint 🙌 Also ordered sweet potato roll. 1st time having and it's delightful. My recommendation is stick with the Sushi.
