Tried out Blue Iguanas and had a great experience overall. I ordered the birria tacos and they were seriously good. The meat was tender, packed with flavor, and exactly what you want when you are craving something authentic and done right. Definitely something I would order again. They did seem a little short staffed, but our waiter handled it really well. Even with a full section, he stayed attentive, kept drinks filled, and made sure everyone was taken care of. You could tell the team was working hard. For a newer restaurant, they are off to a strong start. Great food, solid service, and I am looking forward to going back to try more from the menu. I loved the different salsa options.
