I ordered a bowl with chicken. And then so many additional possibilities to add Compared to Chipotle I love that they use a different rice and lettuce. They seem to use less seasoning than Chipotle which works well because they did an amazing job curating higher quality ingredients that make the food taste lighter and fresher than Chipotle. My food was delicious and everything reasonably priced. I just wish they would open a Bluestone closer to me in Elk River.

Just like a Chipotle, only good! Prefer going places owned locally. Barbacoa is my favorite, plus the guacamole is great. Good rewards program as well.
