I was excited to treat my kiddos to Bo And Vine. They are a little on the spendy side but I was willing to pay for good food. I was disappointed to see my food burnt. I noticed my little family were the only ones with continued problems. I spoke to the hostess and she was so sweet. I asked to talk to the manager and apparently he was the cook. He turned around and said refund or we'll recook it with acknowledging me. He did walk to the counter to talk to me. He didn't apologize. He didn't care. My son asked if he were treated poorly due to our color. He didn't take accountability for the quality of the food. My littlest are autistic and they wouldn't touch it. Ymmv I'll never return. If you are looking for the best hamburgers this is the place you need to go, not only are made freshly but also they are delicious 🤤 and big, I NOT a big fan of hamburger but on this place I easily eat one 😉 and not complaining. This is the only place I will eat a hamburger 🤩. I took my Boys and they loved it. My youngest wanted to go back again on the next day 😂. Really BEST hamburger on Salem OR. And the chipotle mayo my God i love it 🤤 ***The staff it’s very friendly.*** 🫶🏽

Great choice for the evening. Hungry and coming back from the ducks game craving a good burger. This hit the spot and is not too far off the highway for convenience! The small fries portion was generous and were plenty for 2 people to share. Both my partner and I are impressed and so glad we stopped in! The other things that stood out was the creativity with the shakes and menu items. Totally worth stopping in!
