Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I ordered online to go at 11am when they open. Today 01/28/2025 Basic order. Chicken Briyani and Raita. Not making excuses because ive always loved it here. Even when it was Chutneys. My chicken in my Briyani was dry. My basmati rice was only on top. Underneath was little like some leftover regular ole over seasoned rice. ( see pics ) Maybe I was the first order of the day. All the fresh food wasn’t ready? Just serving leftovers from the day before is not a good thing. I make Briyani myself… I was married into an Indian Family for many years. This is my first really huge disappointment at Bombay House. I came a long way to feed my cold. Just to get all the way back home to this. The staff were Great! As usual the atmosphere was great, only one other couple there. It’s always clean. I don’t understand. I hope they will do better. Myself on the other hand may need to take into consideration of looking closer to where I Live… for authentic Indian food when I do not feel like making it. The Raita well I won’t bash it too much but it’s not fresh either. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Note to Owner: I’d like to be reimbursed please n Thank you Please email me Look out for update peeps! 👀👀

Ordered by phone and picked up takeout. Chicken Tikka: If the chicken was used on F1 cars, it would qualify for the Hard compound. (You're welcome for the video) Manchurian momos: Momos itself was fine but the sauce was objectively sweet. Schezwan Fried Rice: Tasted peppery and nice. A little oily and there might have been miscommunication so I just tossed it in Schezwan chutney myself. Hariyali Kofta: Definitely above average and better than most places that serve Indian American food. Garlic cauliflower: Delicious. Well cooked and flavorful. Garlic Naan: Takes skill to mess this up so that was fine.

Title: The Best Lunch Value in Town! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bombay House is easily one of my favorite spots for a big, delicious lunch. The buffet is consistently replenished with a solid selection of both vegetarian and meat options, and the flavors are incredibly authentic. The Food The Tandoori Chicken and Tikka Masala were personal highlights—perfectly seasoned and fresh. A huge plus: they bring the Garlic Naan out hot directly to your table rather than letting it sit on the buffet line. The spice levels are also very well-balanced; there’s enough kick for great flavor, but it’s accessible for everyone. The Experience The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s a fantastic value for the quality you get. Pro-Tip: It can get pretty busy during the lunch rush, so I’d recommend getting there early to snag a table!
