Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

The pav bahji was very close to the Bombay style. The vada and pau could be served with tamarind and Mint chutney. The Raj Kachori was very tasty and had lot of daal and kaala chana. We also gad Dahi papdi chat. All items are very delicious and moderately priced.

This is such an underrated food truck in Cedar Park! It’s beside a gas station. We had one of the best Raj kachoris here!! I am totally in love with Raj kachori!! Also, the masala papad is a no-miss!!!! My friend loved their special Bombay chaat and in this winter evening, masala tea added a great flavor! My friend tried Rose Lassi and it was also thick in consistency! Overall the food we had was really really good and the evening crowd was also decent which made me feel that this place has good reputation! :) The staff were polite and overall my experience was good!
