Bordertown Mexican Grill

Bordertown Mexican Grill is hands down the best Mexican quick-serve spot in the entire county—possibly even all of Washington State. Their menu is packed with incredible options, from the best breakfast burritos and Carne Asada burritos to the best burritos overall. They offer a variety of meats, and their Carne Asada tacos are absolutely unbeatable. The food is authentic, the service is excellent, and every visit feels like a treat. I highly recommend this place—it’s a must-try! My go-to orders are the breakfast burrito or the Carne Asada burrito, but their chicken burrito, especially the supreme version, is incredibly juicy. I also love their taco plate with Asada, which comes with three tacos, beans, and rice. On some visits, I’ll even grab three extra tacos because they’re just that good. If you’re in the mood for something different, their tortas are amazing, especially in the morning—you can get them with a variety of meats, including chorizo. To top it off, they have drinks like Jarritos, Horchata, Mexican Coca-Cola, and refreshing Agua Frescas. This spot is simply unmatched!

Food Truck downtown Lynden. Sometimes I stop here even when I'm not hungry! Camaron/barbacoa tacos my go to. Love the smokiness on their red salsa. Highly recommend!
