Ordered online for pickup. Pictures on their website looked amazing, and we are new to the area and we’re excited for some good pizza! We waited the 25 min before arriving to pickup our order. The place was empty when we arrived, no patrons in sight, but our order wasn’t done yet. No big deal…u til we sat and waited for over 30 minutes. I’m guessing they didn’t start making our order until we walked in to pick it up. The real kicker was the low quality pizza. It was like cardboard. Not at all like the pictures. A frozen pizza would have been better! 2 pizzas for $45 and this is what we ended up with. Will be checking this place off our list! Never again.

Update. The manager reached out and apologized, as well as offered a refund. I said thank you ill take a gift card, and the manager has ghosted me! 👌 cherry on top 😅 Loved cadin (the guy who answered the phone), however, once we got our pizza's, they were all rolled together and messed up from the ride. 120$ for 5 pizza's, we were pretty unimpressed.

Run! If I could give less stars for service, I would. We had a larger group walk in, but the rest of the restaurant was completely empty and this was during the supper hour, when there should have been more customers. Rather than tell us that they were short of staff, and our wait could be longer, they did not. It would have been nice to have the option to choose to stay or to leave. As it was, it took us an hour to get our drinks and another hour to get our food. The food was not worth a two hour wait. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Ever.
