Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

What a great find for breakfast! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the location is perfect for people-watching on their dog-friendly patio. We highly recommend the ham omelette with a pancake and the avocado & mushroom omelette with a side of fruit. Both were excellent, and the pancakes and omelettes were perfectly fluffy. I also got a London Fog and it was one of the best I've had. 10/10. This place is a must-try.

Brad is a very good server! Black coffee and water, no ice, up fast. The 2 of us split the Swedish pancake with blueberries. Delicious and very filling. Great menu with lots of options. The kitchen is on it! Quaint mountain town vibe with local high school student photography for sale at reasonable rates. Nice community engagement. No pics because we were hungry and tight on time- road trip.

For our second morning in Flagstaff, I called an audible for our breakfast destination, choosing Brandy’s Café instead of a Route 66-themed destination, and my wife and I were so thankful we opted for Brandy's! Brandy’s Café was downtown and we were able to find street parking a little over a block away. Walking into Brandy’s Cafe, we found it to be cozy, which was perfect for the late September/early Fall chill. My wife ordered one of their scrambles, and I ordered an omelet, with a pancake as my side. My omelet was tasty, but that PANCAKE! I The pancake was traditional, but fluffy, and despite having filled-up on the omelet, I could not stop myself from eating all of it! Our delicious meal was only exceeded by our excellent server, Brad, who was funny, engaging, and VERY personable. I also credit Brad for being observant; he deduced I was a veteran by my cap, and he gave me military discount, which I GREATLY appreciated!
